Welcome to Horifin India. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our financial services, including loan repayments, Recurring Deposit (RD) plans, Fixed Deposit (FD) plans, and Monthly Income Scheme (MIS) plans.

2. Loan Repayments

All loan repayments made through our platform, whether daily, weekly, or monthly, are non-refundable once successfully processed. Customers are advised to review the repayment schedule carefully before making payments.

3. Deposits (RD, FD & MIS Plans)

Payments made towards RD, FD, or MIS plans are considered final and non-refundable. However, customers may request premature withdrawal or closure of deposits as per the specific terms and conditions applicable to their plan, which may include penalties or reduced interest benefits.

4. Double Payment or Transaction Error

In the event of duplicate transactions or technical errors leading to excess payment, the customer must notify us within 7 working days. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellations

Once a loan application, RD, FD, or MIS plan has been approved and payment has been made, cancellations are not permitted. Customers may, however, choose to close their deposits prematurely or repay loans in advance as per the policy guidelines.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and banking channels involved.
